The Tourist Information Office has moved to the Koch’Haus. (2, Hemmeberreg, L-5444 Schengen)
Although the museum is closed, we will still offer the following programs:
SCHENGEN IS ALIVE – GUIDED TOUR OF SCHENGEN
Mondays to Fridays at 15:00 and on Thursdays also at 11:00
Take advantage of a free guided tour through Schengen during which you will learn more about the Schengen Agreement, its history, the various monuments and the region.
FOLLOW THE GUIDE – A GUIDE AT YOUR DISPOSAL
Saturdays and Sundays from 14:00 to 16:00 and also on 15 August from 14:00 to 16:00
Take advantage of a free guide who can explain the site through interesting information and anecdotes.
Our team in the tourist information office will be happy to answer all your questions about the Schengen region and beyond. The extraordinary building, a pontoon floating on the Moselle river, makes it a worthwhile visit. Moreover, you will find a small but exquisite selection of souvenirs and regional articles, free brochures and a bike rental facility.
The tourist information office is open every day:
November – March: 10am – 5pm
April – October: 10am – 6pm
We are closed on 1 November and from 24 December until 1 January
